I just picked out my wedding dress at Jenny's, during my second trip there, I am so excited! The lady who helped me was really kind and helpful. I showed her a style I wanted and she found 4 or 5 dresses that were similar, in a variety of prices. She never made me second guess my decisions or what I liked, she was really encouraging. The price of the dress I want is higher then I wanted to pay, but I love it so much I kind of don't care any more. I did have good service and I enjoyed the experience!

We were immediately greeted, asked a few questions and allowed to browse around. Then the sales lady put us in the basement in the sale section, checked on us once or twice, never once helped with the dresses or the selection. We were really upset with the lack of service and caring. How would they know how much we were willing to spend? With a budget of $2000 they sure lost one hell of a sale.

They did have a lot of selection but we barely got to look at the first floor. Really diappointed in the service, it can make it or break it.
